Good light weight ball head

Looking for options and opinions. I know rrs is the standard, but I’m not shooting competitions. Looking to stay as light and low as possible with more movement than my leveling base. Will be using it on a feisol tripod for mostly night hunting predators. Most shots are around 100 yards.

Do you know if they are compatible with a standard Swiss arca mount?

As in will the Anvil work with a generic "arca" plate mounted on your rifle? It would depend on how close dimensionally the arca plate is to RRS' dovetail spec but probably not. The Anvil works with RRS dovetail plates and pic rails. If you want the mount on a ballhead to work with a generic "arca" plate then you either need one with a thumbscrew or an adjustable throw lever.
