Good price for Surgeon 6mm Dasher?

I was wanting some SH member's opinions on a gunbroker listing I came across:

Chambered in 6mm Dasher
Surgeon Action SA
Kreiger 1-8, 30" bbl, threaded 5/8"
Jewel Trigger
Mcmillan A5 Stock
DBM

Round Count=100

What would be a fair price for these components for the buyer?

There seems to be about $2800 just in parts. It depends on who built it, but figure another $1000-$1400 in smith fees. I'd I'd say $3200 to $3700 would be fair. I know that's a wide range in price, but a GAP built rifle brings a higher premium than an unknown gunsmith. Did the seller mention who put it together?

I don't believe the 'smith was mentioned, but I could look into that.
