Got an Atlas monopod in a package deal, can I use it on my Manners T3?

I haven't seen too many Monopods on relatively traditional stocks before. Wondering if that's even done, or if it's a good idea.

The Monopod is the rail-mount type. I assume a little length of rail would be mounted underneath the butt stock???

There is a sling stud at the very rear/bottom of the stock that I believe can serve as one of the screws, but what about the other rail hole? If this were a bipod I was mounting I would be using the T nuts because I could get behind it. But how would I anchor the other rail hole into the buttstock which is solid?

A insert nut with a threaded OD will work to make a second attachment point. If you make a oversize hole with drill bit in a press or mill, rough up the inside for better adhersion fill the bottom and sides with some really strong fiberglass epoxy, and thread it in, do it with a right size bolt inserted and use some type of thin fitted plastic insert with release agent on the OD between the nut and bolt head, over the exposed threads to make a nice round hole with proper clearance to get the bolt in, while still covering most of the nuts circumference with epoxy on the top. And let it cure.
Hope you understand what i mean my technical english is only so so.
