My new replacement Vortex 6-24x50mm PST FFP MOA scope with all the updates was at my door this morning. I also bought the "Switchview Throw Lever" and the "30mm Bubble Level". I'll try to mount it today and sight it in tomorrow. Oops I almost for got that I have to install the custom turret and the zero stop.

I turned the turrets and they are definitely better than the first one.

Re: Got my new PST this morning.

Glad to see that they are shipping now. Am looking forward to your feedback and range report. If these are as nice as the 1-4x PST, I will be picking one up very soon.

Re: Got my new PST this morning.

How many people use those switchview throw levers? Appear to be extremely long? Let me know what you think and if it was really worth it?

I imagine that it could be used with fast action hunting as well, like coyote hunting.

That rifle needs at least 3 more bubble levels on it.

The group at top right is 3/4" and the one in the black is 1+ 3/4". I have shot much better, but was in a hurry to get the custom turret zeroed at 200 yds. and it was VERY VERY windy and the powder charge is to hot and doesn't group as good as my other load.

Did I make enough "excuses" yet?

Here is the very first target I shot with the Custom turret at 400 yds. with the old PST scope:

PS: One bubble level is on the Picatinny rail and the other is on the scope. I'm planning on taking the bottom bubble off. am also going to return the "Switchview Throw Lever" because I like how the power ring turns as is.

Re: Got my new PST this morning.

40gt,

Please explain the markings on the custom turret. In the pic you linked I see a "2 6" at the bottom with a "9" above.

Is it calibrated for more than one full revolution?
