I went to Taylorsville, GA today to give my new SPR build a spin at Creekside Firing Range. Here's a few cool pics I took along the way from Atlanta. It was sunny and 70 degrees with a 5 mph wind today.

Here's a Picture of a Three Shot Group @ 100 yards. I pegged the 4 o'clock shot twice. The target is an 8" diameter circle. I was shooting Black Hills 69 grain moly-coated match grade ammo. If you look at the picture above you can see the target was free-floating while mounted to strings. The target was moving slightly around in the wind.

Not a very comforting picture. Nuclear power is cool, but you have to wonder if all the bodies in that cemetery in the foreground were direct results from radiation!?! HaHa!

It happens to be a hydroelectric power generation plant.

Re: Got Power?

To point out the obvious, for those who've missed it, nice range flags.

The discharge from those stacks is a pretty good indicator of what is going on with the air movement. And, overall, it seems that you had a good day at the range.

May we all be so lucky.
