Got to meet Brad Thor

For those of you not familiar with his work, look him up on Amazon. 8-time NYT Bestselling thriller author, attached to an SF unit in Afghanistan to research one of his novels...and one HELL of a good American to boot.

He was doing a book-signing at Bailey's Crossroads, VA to promote his new book, <span style="text-decoration: underline">Foreign Influence</span>. Almost all the way through it (and I started it this morning), and it's a fantastic read so far.

After the signing, a few of us were lucky enough to tag along to dinner with him. A great time, and an INCREDIBLE author all of you should be reading.

You are a lucky man. Brad Thor's books are very good. We could use a Scott Harvath in the world today!

Read his books in that series and I am reading "The Apostle" now. I like them alot. That's cool you got to meet and hang with him.

I just finished "The Apostle" and can't wait for "Foreign Influence". It's a great book as are all of his tomes.

I got to spend a few days with him at Valhalla a few years ago for a writers event. He's a cool guy and a great writer. I'll have to check out the new book.

Those of you waiting to read Foreign Influence, all I'm gonna say is "Islam is a dynamite religion!"

You'll get it when you get about 3/4 of the way through.
