Night Vision GPNVGs

What am I missing? What distinguishes them from LE and Civilian? I see someone says warranty but I'm sure there is something else. Visually I can see some differences in the bridge and lens but for the most part they're so similar.

One is the ruggedized bridge (A64) and one is the older style bridge like the AN/AVS-10s (A32). I doubt L3 actually lets them sell to civis but who knows - throw a set on your credit card and see what happens. The LE one is listed as being sold in both dovetail and ball-detent as well (BNVIS vs ANVIS).
