Best CS I've ever experienced. I'll preface that by saying that I've had some companies really take good care of me, both in the shooting industry and in golf/fishing/etc.
I recently screwed up my cheekpiece on my Manners T4A. I sent an email on Saturday night to see how much it would cost, and I got a call from the owner of the company on Sunday evening asking exactly what had happened. He offered to repair it for free and have it returned immediately. Not only did they not charge me for the repair, they also repaired a cosmetic ding I'd put on the stock in a different area, and to top it all off, he sent me an accessory (knob to replace the hex bolt for the cheek piece), and I had it back in just over a week from the day I mailed it.
Can't say enough about how impressed I was, both with the quality of the work, but the awesome customer service. You'd be hard-pressed to convince me to buy anything but a Manners from here on out.
