I sure get where you're coming from but I read the meme differently. Not saying you're wrong but perspective matters.

Consider the cop making a legit arrest and one of those first ammendment auditors sticking a camera in his face demanding explanation of random legal issues. That's who I see this pointed at.

Lets see, I was driving weston I 40 just north of Little rock and lo and behold, 4 cop cars with blue lights blazing on one side of the highway, and 2 more cars on the other side against the median. the culprit was a welldressed black guy in a nice car leaning against the divide looking like "Aw shit I hope I make it out of this alive." 6 cars full of cops for one guy.

I see that meme in the context of the original quote, from Nicholson's character in a few good men. A man who encouraged and condoned illegal actions including murder, in pursuit of his mission, because he felt he was above the law.

Not the kind of sentiment that looks good coming from a cop, especially a SWAT cop.
