Anything that does exist like that is going to be limited in output and effectiveness due to size and battery constraints. A green light wont get you any more usable range to shoot given the previously mentioned issues and the fact that regardless of light your biggest handicap is handgun round ballistics and the fact that you're almost guaranteed to need multiple shots to drop a hog and at that range, there's a high likelihood that hog will charge you That said if you're insistent on it, the best option for night pistol shooting/hunting is NV and an RMR with a Surefire X300V mounted. Ultimately though I recommend sticking with your rifle.
