I have a checkmate 22 can with QD and monolith stack. It's a nice can. Works great on my 10/22 and MkIII. I've owned it for ~18 months.
It's quite nice shooting subsonic ammo in the 10/22. The bolt makes more noise than the ammo. I had my MkIII barrel cut back to 4.5" and it shoots the HV ammo and keeps it subsonic as well.
I wouldn't say taking it apart after shooting is "easy". Everything gets gummed up after shooting the filthy 22's. I like it.
