I need some guidance on installing a new Wilson Combat grip on my Centurion Arms lower. The grip appears to be to thick internally so it will not slide into the lower receiver. Looked into a dremel but wasn't sure what one exactly to get or if there any other remedies for this. Thanks!

Trigger guard doesn’t affect anything with that safety selector. Make sure the grip screw is tight so it is snug and flush against the grip shelf. As far as the exposed detent in the selector, if it is an ambi setup make sure the fastener on your right side selector is tight. If it is, the safety bar or selector may be out of spec.

sorry, just writing back, (working nights). it seems like the lip of the grip is interfering with the trigger guard not allowing it to sit flush with the lower.

Looks like a BCM Mod3 profile grip. Try the light tap with a mallet. If the grip screw is sufficiently screwed in then you may need to either remove the trigger guard tang entirely or sand its horizontal plane down enough to seat the grip.
