Not really sure what to replace on this gun. So here's what I'm thinking.

What is the purpose for any of these changes?

If you wanna make the gun prettier, these could help; if you want to make it more reliable, they might help. If you want to make it more user-friendly, they might help. If you want...

I can guess at your intent, or not.

I own several 1911s and can assist, if I know the circumstances. Without that, I can recommend all day and you still might not like the end result.

The Flat MSH and right handed safety are the most important to me. I bought it as a cheap trainer to use instead of sending those .45 acps down range. Figured if I was going to upgrade those parts why not try for the others? It's however been pointed out to me that the internals are not interchangeable with the 1911.

Take it back, buy a 22LR top end for your 1911: same safety, same mainspring housing.

Train like you fight.

the guide rod will NOT work

the sights will work if they're novak cut...you'll just have to file some

The C&S pin set will not work. The GSG sear pin is smaller in diameter than the standard pin. If you want to change it out, you will have to ream the hole to the correct size, then use a C&S hammer/sear/disconnect kit.
