So let me get this straight, the guy has stolen millions and all he faces is 10 years in jail which he will only do 50% of, and only $250,000 fine? Got to love our justice system!

yeah, they should have stuck a bag of pot on him. it would have doubled the sentence. so you steal millions by fraud and you get a slap and a 1% fine, but there is no recovery of the cash? no seizure and forfeiture of assets?

there are two guys in kansas that worked for the power company and were charged with looting the company. 10 years ago. both are still now in jail. both still have more assets than most of the people in the state i bet

If he stole that much money, Im guessing he is not dumb enough to keep that money in the states, most likely in a off shore account somewhere which makes getting that money back almost impossible.
