I mainly chose the CruxOrd because I like the ability to use from standing all the way to prone.

What gun saddle do you recommend? I am using with several guns where a pic rail attachment is not feasible.
HogSaddle, RRS Vyce, Cruxord Rifle Clamp?

I am leaning that direction too. The CruxOrd has two clamps vs the one on the Vyce

This would be my last choice by a long shot. Doesnt open wide enough for several chassis/stock especially with weight kits

this thing has held my spotting scope and it has like a 3.5" body lol. i dont know what you tried but it has literally held every rifle ive put in it. It also come with a base attached so you dont have to buy one. Id probably but the direct thread and a leveling base if i were to do it over.

I was bored a little while ago.. Looked at the hog saddle then made my own version of it out of 1/2" steel with rubber gasket material glued inside. Thing weighs a ton.

I've used the full reaper mount. Fingers. Pan tilt etc etc and we had two or three rifles that didnt fit in it during matches
