Gunsmithing H-S Precision 10rnd Quick Clip Mags

Hey Guys,

Anyone know a fix for H-S Precision's old style Qwik-Clip 10rnd magazines with feeding problems? Found some that had been tucked away for years and H-S does not seem to be answering emails.

Qwik-Clip were not made by HS. I belive thay were made by a company in Oh or Pa

What's the internal dimension on those mags? I bought some new ones that are 3.315 inside and my 30-06 case rounds (6.5-06, 280, 30-06 all run close to 3.4" with heavies. I'm looking for some mags longer than that without spending more on bottom metal than I did on the donor action.

Also, esromvre is correct, Kwik Klip is not made by HS. They're made for Cabela's by someone in OH

The internal measurement on the one I measured was 3.320". I do not know what the proper size was supposed to be from the factory.

I do not know who made the magazine. The conversion was installed by H-S when they built the rifle and the clips were purchased from them at the same time.
