Graf's has H4350 in stock.

It's a little pricey at $210 per 8lbs, but the hazmat fee is only $10 and covers multiple jugs of powder.

I ended up picking up 16 lbs for myself.

They have 500 ct boxes 107 SMKs on backorder...WTF. I’m getting vexed with alot of the stuff I buy and use regularly being back ordered. I may buy like a hoarder, but I’m shooting it.
