Our society needs a crime deterrent that works.

I would like to see a more "modern" version of this machine.
Mine would not have a blade. Instead, the base would be a nice round of something like ebony, 16" in diameter.
The top would be hickory, oak or another heavy, dense and strong wood.
The top would be 6' long and 12" in diameter.

It wouldn't sever the head from the body, it would smash it flat.

Get rid of all the bullshit laws that protect criminals, rapists, drug lords and political criminals to include those that are treasonous.
