I have a barrel hanger for my encore barrels and wondering how I can secure it to the inside of my safe.

I'm just not sure what is behind the carpeted walls that I could or could not attach an anchor to.

Anyone done this? Here is a picture of the hanger.

on one part of my safe where i wanted to add shelves, i cut 3/4" plywood to the dimensions of the sides. then i cut some 1" strips and screwed them into the sides and cut shelves to rest on those. the sides were just press-fits so not needed to screw them to the safe.

Good idea davsco...

I might just have to peel some of the carpet back and see what's behind it.

Yes. I thought about that too. Would have to see if the scopes barrels clear the inside when closed.

Drywall anchors are the best, I converted my safe to a modular shelving system and they worked great. I had to shorten the screw In ancors so they didn’t hit the wall.
