I have a Harris 1A2 Ultralight Bipod. I believe this is the 13.5-23" model as you can see from the leg measurements. It has a solid base. It does have some light freckling in spots on the legs that you can mostly feel, but I couldn't get to show up in pictures. Overall it's in pretty good shape for a used bipod.
