Has any one here used creatine!

used it about 20 years ago when I was heavily into weight training.... basics are that it holds water in the muscle... makes you look bigger than you a really are normally, but it does extend the utility of the muscle, meaning you can work out longer and more intensely when the effort is to break the muscle down so that it repairs itself and grows in the process... all of that is goodness... however, I had standard physical work ups done every year and the long term latent effect was that it caused unusual liver test results, and I wasn't willing to deal with that, so stopped usage...

I use it daily because i don't eat meat and meat is where you get creatine from.

I've used creatine for years. I'm 56 and still benching 350. Hit my urologist up not long ago for TRT and HGH. It ended up being a resounding no for both. I have a friend who goes out of state to a MD in Colorado and is using both. He's my age and is bulked and ripped. However he's also a psycho with his diet...

One thing to watch with any of these supplements (and NSAIDS - especially Aleve) is kidney damage. I got lucky. We caught my issues in time to actually reverse damage (almost unheard of by the way). I think the Aleve is what did me bad (thanks to another doctor - Polypharmacia ).

Creatine helped me improve my physical performance and there were no side effects. But my friend wasn't as lucky as I was. He had a big allergic reaction because of the supplements. Btw, I agree with the meth it's better not to joke. The loss of everything is guaranteed, and this has been tested on many people. As for creatine, I want to say that I have used it and observed an improvement in physical performance. And the most interesting thing is that I didn't have any side effects. Later, my friends from the gym advised me to use Sarms, I read the info about them (you can find more information here https://steroidcycle.org/sarms/) and decided to use them for muscle growth. It's an alternative to steroids and it doesn't cause side effects.

The potential long-term consequences of creatine supplementation are unknown, and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends it be used only by physically mature, well-developed athletes. For this reason, it is not recommended for adolescent athletes.

As others have stated, it's one of the most researched supplements on the market today. It works as advertised and works well if taken appropriately. It dehydrates you like others have said so drink a shit load of water. I use the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Creatine Monohydrate unflavored, you don't need the fancy marketing gimmicky ones from companies that advertise they did something special with the creatine to make it absorb better/faster/work longer etc.....I just mix a teaspoon of it (5g's) into my Whey protein after lifting. As others have stated, it really only helps if you're lifting heavy regularly I lift heavy 4-5 times a week with two rest days there. If you're just doing aerobic/body weight stuff you probably won't see much difference. But, along with eating properly (getting enough protein and balanced nutrients) and training consistently I went from barely being able to deadlift 165lbs to 405lbs for reps in just over a year.

Hi,

Why bother with aftermarket stuff....just go to your Dr and get on TRT. But be ready for about 3 months of testing before they can get doseage lined out for exactly what benefits you.

Sincerely,
Theis
This is the right answer. Trying to convince my pap to go get on the good stuff. If you know where to look online tho I suppose you can just cut the Dr out of it, purplepanda was pretty hot for a while IIRC. Feds seem way less strict on selling gear online vs other drugs. Not that Id recommend taking crazy ass risks like that as a grown man just to get more compliments from the ol lady or anything.

I used it for many years. The monohydrate version does put a lot of water weight on...you could always tell the guys who took it on deployment as they put size on quickly, but there was no definition to the muscles. They also lost the size/weight quickly after they got off of it.

It also gave me the shits if I took large doses. However lots of stuff gives me the shits.

I did better with diet and exercise intensity.

I'll add here that I've been out of the weightlifting/supplements game for several years now.

Made me sick to my stomach. Tried several different kinds. Most workout anything makes me sick though or works the opposite as its supposed to. Not sure why. I miss pre-workout with real ephedrine. That shit in small doses worked great for motivation, coupled with just eating well.

If so what are the possible benefits or side effects?
Yes yes and yes. Benefits, your muscles will heal slightly faster. One of my friends is with a girl on the Olympic lifting team. This plus your normal protiens and supplements are the only thing they recommend. It's especially good if you don't consume much red meat. Creatine is naturally found in most red meats. It helps with recovery.

Side effects, your muscles will look bigger and fuller. The reasoning behind this is that creatine tends to suck all the water out of your body and redirect it to your damaged muscle tissue. Which helps the healing process. If you do not consume enough water usually around 1 gallon a day depending on your activity level. You will cramp, quiet alot. Like those painful on the bottom of your foot swimmers cramps while doing not much at all.

Stay hydrated, and you should be fine. If you are on a weight loss journey though don't be discouraged. You will gain weight. Creatine like I said before tends to retain the hell out of water weight.

3 months of testing? I got put on TRT (great stuff btw) every three months I go back in for labs. My first lab took me from 310 test level to 1450 lol. Then I got questioned about if I'm feeling any kind of way depressed or having any issues. He said we can adjust the levels, or if you're feeling fine just keep to the normal dose.

While we are on a similar subject, are there any natural Testosterone suppliments that anyone has used and had success with?

R
As marine PMI said, there are supposed to be some natural way of raising test, but not that are really proven to work. Some say eating more red meats like bison can give a slight increase, or just in general being in better shape. For example if you're overweight, there have been jumps shown in testosterone, nothing crazy though just by starting to get into lifting, gaining muscle and so forth.

Hi,

Another key thing in regards to taking creatine...as PMI has already stated; in rare instances it is bad on kidneys (If you already have history of kidney problems) BUT even if you do not have history of kidney problems and take creatine...WATER is your best friend.

Sincerely,
Theis
Agreed endless supplies of water. Like go buy a gallon jug and just carry it with you. When I first started lifting especially now being on TRT sometime even after a good lift I don't feel hungry, or thirsty. But if water is around I drink it. You gotta kinda remind yourself. Then when I started taking creatine again, plus being on TRT if I didn't drink enough water like my whole body would hurt.

Haha. Meth does work for weight loss..... and tooth loss......job loss... everything loss
I'm not so sure about job loss. I feel like I have seen quiet a few meth heads in construction. Man those guys were logging hella overtime. Most of the labor jobs I've done after the army it seemed like the stoners were always the ones calling out or being lazy as shit. The meth heads, and the coked up mexicans worked hard as fuck.

Creatine increases endurance, affects muscles and strength. Strength training becomes easier for you with this. But it hardly affects testosterone levels.

I’m 6’2 and 255. I gotta start hitting the weights again and get down to 220. Are there any good supplants to help me cut a bit? also 53 yrs old
At your age I would look into Test replacement therapy. I go through the Royal Medical Center in Texas. If you're interested I can hook you up with my doctor. It's possible to get your levels up to feeling like you are 20 again. There will be a questionaire, blood work, and a person call with a physician. All of which is covered in the normal monthly charge. I'm 35 I got TBI in the army which somehow messed with my hormones. Within 3 weeks of being on TRT I didn't want to snooze my alarm, I had more motivation, drive, it was easier to push myself in the gym. My lifting numbers are higher then I've ever had them in the army. I've heard of downside of it messing with your sexual stuff, but I, and others I know have found the opposite. Like you feel horny for no god damn reason at times. Like shit I'm soft, but I have this need to have sex or masterbate right now. So just like being 20 again. lol.

I was going off of my phone originally I didn't notice the dates I just saw this pop up in the new area. LMFAO. I even saw the banned thing and thought hmm this guy must be a rebel. LMFAO. My badddddd.
Drankin and buying guns first. Now your drankin and necroposting!!! Keep up the good work, we’re counting on you

You won't increase your testosterone with creatine because this has a different effect. Many jocks I know use creatine to pump their muscles faster. They feel less tired than others in the gym. I was a little jealous of them before discovering their secret. But some dudes use testolone to increase testosterone and improve the body's endurance. But it won't directly increase your testosterone. I think it will affect only indirectly. I've heard cases of guys being prescribed behemothlabz.com to boost testosterone. It works better than hi tech arimistane pills. But arimistane is still an experimental drug that cannot be bought without a prescription.

Ask your mom!😂😂
Don’t have to. I’ll just ask yours!😆
Fucking liver king…

I’ll assume you know some of this dumb drama already? I don’t know all the little details but I think I know enough. His biggest problem was not being honest about this from the start. Everything he talks about is going to help people get better regardless if he’s on a suitcase full of gear or not. All he needed to do was say something like “I have decided to use myself as a pin cushion, after I got healthy eating and living like I do, because I personally desire to look like a miniature hulk”.

Yes, I've seen all the drama surrounding this character
