Has anyone converted a Mildot Master to MOA/MOA?

I know that a MilDot Master can give adjustment values in both MIL and MOA in the right window. I'm wondering if anyone has made a new scale for the left window that would work with MOA based reticles. Obviously, the spacing will be different. Anything out there on the market? Home made conversion?

Just use the left window to "mil" the target in MOA, and read you values from that slide like it's target size, and read the (angle dependant) range on the right slider (left side).

Play with it a bit, you'll see.
