Rifle Scopes Has anyone had to use Trijicon's repair dept / CS?

Howdy all...

I'm a day late and a dollar short here as my scope is already in their hands. BUT... Those of you that have had to either have a scope repaired or had to deal with Trijicon customer service... What was you experience like?

The were top notch. I had to get the plastic optic tube replaced on my TA 31F (cosmetic cracks) They had it back to me in less than 3 weeks after they received it. No questions asked.

Thanks Santo! That's good to hear. Although the issues with my TR21-3 seem more involved than cosmetics, my hopes are they get my scope back to 100% and returned to my rifle soon.

In the mean time I may give a Vortex 1-4 a try. If I can find one, that is.

Your welcome. If your going the 1-4x route I recently put a NightForce 1-4X24 NXS with the FC2 reticle on my LMT and couldn't be happier. The reticle has all the pluses of my Aimpoint ML3 at 1X and an ACOG at 4X. I wish now i had gone that rout rather than the 4 ACOG's I own. Just my opinion.
