Looking at buying the wife a lighter weight rifle for dedicated deer hunting. Lical shops have the Seekins Havak or the Christensen Arms Ridgleine in stock in both 6.5 PRC and 6.5 Creed. Both are priced almost the same. Does one have anything over the other? Thanks!

Seems to be a lot of negative feedback on the Christensen Arms guns around here. Enough that I would steer clear for myself personally

Seekins easily, I've saw brand new ca rifles at Whittaker's that had barrels touching stocks and read enough bad reviews on quality and customer service to run from them. An origin, prefit, and krg bravo stock would be a solid option with more flexibility.

    Seekins.

My buddy just put a proof on his Christensen, as after 3 trips back to the factory they told him 3-4moa was within their acceptable accuracy.

    seekins easily

but i'd build a custom over either of those options

Had both. Sold both. Go Nucleus or Origin or _______ with a CF barrel and Ultralight stock.
The CA just wasn't that accurate, 3 shots @MOA but 5-10 shots would open it closer to 2+ (factory or handloads), and I grew tired of having to break and rebuild position every time I ran the bolt on the Seekins. I would go Seekins out of the two, and if strictly hunting rig you shouldn't really need to run the bolt too much.
