Having a bad week.....

I went to my local, and picked up another shell holder. Problem is that this time the whole rim came off of the shell holder, and I now have a case stuck in my body die!
I drilled the primer pocket out with a 7/32" bit, and then tapped it with a 1/4 26. Then turned the die up-side-down in the press. I used a bolt, and a socket to back out the case. Problem is the bolt snapped. I tried it once again, and snap. I am having no luck.....
I sent redding a e-mail about the die, and another e-mail to RCBS about the shell holder.

Get a grade 8 bolt.

you may also want to go with a larger bolt if you have the correct tap i would think you could get a 5/16 bolt threaded in the case if its a 338 LM if i remember correctly but defiantly get a grad 8 bolt.

Called Redding. They said just to mail it back, and they'ld mail me another. I guess my case prep is over for a couple of weeks.....
