First on this checklist is a free floating hot barrel. But four rounds is not a hot barrel. Something is loose.

Who built the rifle? Perhaps contact the smith who assembled it? No way 4 rounds just makes the barrel open up as the sole factor.

Is the the action bedded? Or straight to the v-block? Might be an issue if no bedding. Those with more MPA experience may want to chime in.

Agree that you should contact your gunsmith and see if he can sort this out. Shouldn’t be that hard to correct.

@Shun Adams Just to be clear here - are groups opening up around a central POI or is it vertical/horizontal stringing?
