Nothing. But the SC has long ago established that everyone in this country is afforded the right to due process of the law. So, if illegals are going to be sent packing(I think they should) you absolutely need to make sure they truly are here illegally. There were stories of people being rounded up and sent to El Salvador that were only picked up because they had certain face tattoos. Does that sound like “due process of the law”?
Even if the SC is hearing it again, the precedent right now is that everyone in the country has the right to due process of the law. So, treat them like humans and if they are truly here illegally send em home. I would rather the really shitty people be targeted before someone who just wants to pick strawberries and send some $$ home to their family.
And I already know the next argument. It goes something like; the people who are just picking strawberries or de-boning chickens are the low-hanging fruit.

The INA switched us from merit based immigrants from Europe- to chain migration from Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. The Motor Voter Act made voter registration fraud and ballot fraud much much easier.
