Just wanted to introduce myself. I live in NW Arizona, and love taking advantage of the wide open spaces for both hunting and long range shooting. My latest bolt gun is a Tikka CTR that I'm currently equipping.

Where do you shoot and what is your favorite rifle?
We have a local range called "Seven Mile Hill" but I actually prefer shooting at a local dry lake bed. Literally miles of wide open space!! Hopefully this Tikka build will be my new favorite!! But, my current favorite is an old custom 700 I used to have in 25-06. It had all the usual work done to the bolt and receiver, heavy varmint barrel, along with a 40X trigger set at 6oz. the action was Titanium bed into a Mcmillan A3 stock with a Harris bipod. Heavy Redfield rings and a Zeiss 10X scope. It was a peach to shoot, and an absolute laser!! Only reason I got rid of it, was I was short on money for Christmas one year when my son was little. Life happens right?? Favorite rifle I've ever shot was my buddy's AIAW. That thing was pretty slick!!
