Hi there, I am another AZ shooter. I'm new to the whole world of bolt action rifles. I've been shooting (handguns, AR's & shotguns) since I moved to AZ in 07. But I never was really interested in bolt action rifles. But thanks to YouTube, I stumbled upon this section of the firearms world. Man did I fall hard & now I'm hooked. I have been lurking in here for about a week now. Right after I bought my 1st bolt action rifle, a Savage 110 FCP in 338 Lapua. So I've been looking for the right accessories for it. But since I've been here, I've found another intrest. Percision rifle matches & the hunt is on for a rifle to participate with. Thanks for having me & I look forward to my new bolt action rifle adventures.

Welcome. If you are looking to have a custom rifle built, I would suggest you contact Phoenix Custom Rifles. They are located in Tempe and do great work. Their turnaround is fast as well. Keith and John are top notch. They have built 2 rifles for me, and I'm sure more to come. AZLRPRS puts on a great match at Cowtown once a month. They fill up quick so you will need to be on your toes when registration opens. Keith from PCR shoots the matches regularly, so he can guide you with any PRS specific rifle questions you might have.

Welcome from Scottsdale ? Moved to AZ in 2005 and can’t imagine living anywhere else.

I shoot my bolt action (22lr & 223) about 99% of the time at the range.
