Hey all, I'm Daniel. Been lurking for maybe a year now, me and my dad both refrence the site for reloading and all sorts of stuff.

I've got a 6BR and dad has a 6.5x47 as well as a 6.5 RSaum. I look forward to being more active as I'll probably be doing a bigger gun myself here shortly.

Honestly I dont even shoot here. There arent any ranges to my knowledge farther than 100yds short of driving 4+ hours. So I usually go see my dad in Alabama, short 2 hr ride, and we shoot on family property. Farthest shot we can probably get off is around 720 +- if the cows are in the right field. If you know of a good range please let me know!

Elbert County Gun Club in Elberton goes to 400 with monthly 600 & 1,000 matches off site. 600 matches are in Lexington GA at GunSite Hills. That's daily fee with plates out to 700. Arena Training is in Blakeley. They have plates further but I don't know if they have memberships or even daily range fees but they hold classes there. I shoot in Elberton. Then there is Ft. Benning.

I forgot to add, Elbert County Gun Club membership fee will set you back a whopping $120 or $130, I don't remember. Nice club. I hope to see you there.
