Figured this would be the best place to introduce myself since this will be the section I'm most active in. A few of you may recognize my username I've been using TEXASLAWMAN on several forums now since the early 90's I just never made it over here. I am a Texas Peace Officer by day and a avid hog hunter by night. Started hog hunting a little bit over three years ago because the hogs were ruining our quail population and tearing up my friends ranch. At first I used a marlin guide gun in 45/70 just hunting in the day but just could not kill enough. So from there it has evolved into hunting hogs with a suppressed 6.8 spc AR15 using thermal and night vision and I love it! I've shot 1087 hogs and trapped a bit over 2000 in the last three years. That's about it for me glad to be here better late than never.
