I've lurked for a long time and have picked up a quite a bit of info, but I have recently been faced with an optics decision that I couldn't quite answer from current threads so I decided to join and get involved in the fray.
I have been shooting since I was kid - mostly varmint, bench and small bore target in my youth. I am a Marine and served in Afghanistan. I know a little about long range shooting and a fair amount more about photography.
