There are pages of .308 loads in the reloading depot at the top of the main reloading page.
That said Varget in the 43.5-46grn range should be the place to find your load. Remember work up safely.

what do you call long range. if you are 800yrd an beyond the 168 isn't the best. 155 scenar, 155.5 berger, 2156 smk, 175 smk or 178 amax are some of the more popular for that sort of distance and beyond

every rifle is different you will need to start low and work up your own load. varget with CCI BR primers works good in 308. 175 SMK or 178 AMAX are better for long range
