Appears that it could be the Mystery Ranch SATL without the top lid.

Still not a lot to go on. There isn't a tag on the pack anywhere?

There is a tag that says mysteryranch and the tag that has the serial number and stuff. It says Bag TC I think that is a worker initial that sewed the original bag.
