I Da ho
Since my rifle absolutely loves Hornady American Gunner I decided to pull one to see if i could duplicate it.

The mystery powder is smaller in length and width to H4350 and RL16. And has a noticeably more shiny silver sheen.

There is nothing wrong with using a ball powder if you are just after plinking ammo.
They meter great but you need to have a hot and cold weather load or at a minimum know what your max is for hot weather.

Just by looking at the photo you attached if I had to make a guess I would say it's H100V judging by the size and shape of the kernels and that would be about the perfect burn rate as well.
