Help ID'ing this .223/5.56?

I hope this is the right place to ask.

Received this on a trade and was told it was Lake City XM193, but it attracts a magnet so obviously its steel core. M855?

Pull a bullet and weigh…..

Usually green tip is M855 and it has green, and is pretty inconsistent

That looks like M855 that someone tried to pass off as M193 by removing the paint, but sucked at it. 100% though those are M855 bullets aka green tip.

The question I’d ask myself is how confident am I those aren’t pull downs loaded into Lake City Brass….
