Bradley adjustable cheek rest. They're pricey for what they are, but well built and are very nice. I have them on two of my rifles.

I have used the 'Matthews Fabrication adjustable kydex cheek riser' from Amazon. I am very happy with the quality of the product. It hase a nice finish and quality hardware for the $40 price.
