I purchased a TBA ultra 9 from a vendor on here, and had it transferred over a year ago to a local FFL in Fayetteville, Arkansas named Specialty Arms. That FFL went out of business around April or May and sold out to an individual / group. I wasn’t notified, but fortunately I managed to reach the new owner via email and confirm they had my suppressor.
Some life happened (and that’s my fault), and I never completed the process to finish my trust and submit it through that new individual, Bill Conner.
I reached out today via phone and email because I finally have the trust mostly finished and needed to understand next steps. Much to my chagrin both methods are now bouncing back. Phones aren’t answered, all emails come back as nonexistent, etc.
Obviously I’m kicking myself for not having wrapped up my business and submitted all my forms, but I’m hoping for some help in direction for how I can track down these folks. And if I can’t track them down, how can I engage the right authorities to find them?
Any and all help is appreciated.
