Just got my AIAE MK3 folder from Euro-optics and need opinions on rings/bases and bi-pods. Should I stick with AI or use other vendors. I would be greatful for any ideas.

AI scope mounts work great, I highly recommend them.
Bipod, I would likely use one of these and a Harris 6-9 swivel/notched.

I like AI scope mounts too. I would also suggest you consider the Spuhr scope mounts. For bipod I would recommend the Atlas with the AI spigot adapter. Mile High Shooting accessories, a Hide sponsor, carries both. Here is thread with an AE from Mile High with the Atlas and Spuhr mounts.

The AI scope mount works great, is well proven, and doesn't break the bank.
Second the Atlas bipod with spigot from Mile High (be sure to tell them you're a Hide member).
The factory AI bipod has no side-to-side tension, and doesn't lock-up tightly against the gun. The Harris tensions itself against the skins. You can set the legs at a forward angle on the Atlas, and drop the rifle down low for bench shooting. The Atlas just exudes quality - it's a perfect match for your rifle.
