Gunsmithing Help me ID these tools

Got some organizers and was sorting through the tools and parts that had found there way on to my desk and onto the shelf. Had these 2 I can't recall what they are.

For some reason I've got it in my head that the wrench is for a Mosin Nagant and the round tool is a bolt tool for something.

Looks like the tubular tool is for recocking a bolt that has been decocked out of the receiver, without using a vise or marring the shroud with pliers. The other tool is what every Jewish cowboy wants when he retires....a nice wrench.

Thanks that triggered a brain cell. Bolt tool for 98your maser. Had to install a couple of wolf firing pin springs a long time ago.
