Rifle Scopes Help needed 308 3-10Leupold M3 what base

I am wondering what scope base I need to set-up a Leupold 3-10 M3 on a 308...

"0" moa
"15" moa
"20" moa

it kind of matters how far you want to shoot but given the chance I normally go with a 20 MOA base. When I zero it I am normally at the bottom or close to it and that gives me a lot of up elevation.

looking to shoot out to 1K... I have a 20MOA on my FTR but the M3 style scope has larger moa adjustments
