Help Needed - Talley Ring Identification

I've got a set of Talley Lightweight 2-Piece scope mounts with integral rings, and I'm pretty sure they're 20 MOA for an R700 mount. However, the only distinguishing marking is a "203" stamped on the underside of one and a "204" stamped on the other.

Can anyone confirm that's what these are? Pretty sure these came with my B14 HMR when I bought it used, but can't find any of the detailed documentation. I'll call Talley if I have to, but figured I'd see if anyone on here could give me a quick answer.

They are, there’s a Talley stamp on the side of each.
