Help what part is this.

I broke the expander ball on my redding zs full length sizing die today.

I would liek to order one of the carbide expander balls anway.

Where can I find this entire part: Mine is bent. I want this part with a carbide expander for a smoother pull. Some guys dont use this or liek it I know, but I do. I just cannot seem to find this part. I can fing expander balls alone or in a kit, but I dont think it comes like this:
