Help which 223 barrel

Looking to have a 223 rifle built. What’s a good middle of the road barrel? Money is a smidge tight for the project so something decent priced is what I’m looking for that still shoots.

I was just looking at a #5 1-8 Shilen for a possible project
I’ve had a numerous of Shilens and they were all good to amazing

McGowan has always impressed me for the money. Also, I've heard good things about Wilson Barrels from ragged hole barrels. I have a .35 caliber one in the shop right now and I'm doing a 35 Whelen on right now and it's impressive for the low price.
