I got out and did some testing with my rem 40x this weekend. I tried out the norma tac22 ammo. It shoots really well in this rifle. I zeroed at 50 yds. shot at 100 and 200. I ran the scope up and down several times to test tracking while doing this to verify return to zero and return to same evevation at range. I also chrono'd using the magneto speed prior to shooting the groups so it was not attached when gathering dope.
50yd=zero, 100yd=4.125moa, 200yd=19.125moa. this is on a mueller 8-32x40 scope.
temp 70deg, D.A. 7000, velocity 1130fps, 40gr bullet, bullet BC guestimate .134 from rimfire central. I run it thru jbm ballistics and am way off. I have tried varing altitude, bc, velocity and am still not close.
Can someone spot what I am missing.

also shot blazer 22lr while there. 1249fps, 40gr, 100yd=2.625moa, 200yd=16.375moa, zero was not changed from norma ammo. the blazer hit about .500 higher at 50yds than the norma
magneto speed was set to rimfire settings before chronoing
i am in colorado shooting at the CRC range. I dont know the actual elevation there but DA was in the 6900-7100 range when shooting these groups

Considering the elevation above sea level that you are shooting it looks as if you are getting the proper feedback. I'm only at about 700 ' above sea level and my dope with wolf match extra is 50yd. 0, 100 yd- 6.5 moa and 200 yd- 26-27 moa. This ammo is subsonic as well.

I am entering something wrong in jbm. It gives me data more like your trajectory for the Norma ammo.
It has always worked well for my 260, 308, 338. I am not sure why I am so far off for the 22

Oops. I meant to copy and paste my data from jbm on the original post.
The Norma ammo was something like 6.5moa at 100 and 22moa at 200
I tried varying the velocity, BC, elevation and could not get the numbers close to the actual dope of the rifle

It is possible that the clicks on your scope aren't true 1/4". I have a Vortex Viper scope on my CZ .22, and I can't get JBM to match my come ups perfectly either. I would suggest zeroing your scope at 100yds then rezero at 200 yds. Come back to 100 yd without dialing down the scope and shoot a group. Measure the distance between your first 100 yd group and the second 100 yd group to see how much your scope clicks are actually moving.

Ballistics programs are comprehensive, however, nothing beats actual field experimentation to a specific weapon and/or location and elevation. those apps. are somewhat akin to bore sighting. It gets you close, but not absolute.

I shoot .22LR often and at longer distances as well, 300 yards at our range. I also have chrono'd a bunch of different ammo using a Magnetospeed and have pretty consistent results. I have checked the dope of what I need to get to 300 and compared with the data on JBM.

Based on testing this a bunch of times, .13 is pretty optimistic for a BC. I'm guessing 1.1 is probably more in the ballpark.

A little more info. The scope has 1/8 moa devisions on the turrets. I have not had a chance to verify the retical tracks true but I will try to do that this weekend. I will swap scopes with my Schmidt if needed to verify tracking accuracy.
I did run the turrets all over the place and it seems to track and return to zero ok but I did not yet check to make sure it is moving the correct amount

I typically shoot Blazer at longer distance as well. Here is some more chrono data FYI:

I had the same problem with a vortex scope and a Volquartsen in 22 magnum. I was getting close on the elevation but not perfect. I then read an article on here about entering the proper scope to bore axis in the APP> As stupid as it was I had mine at 1.5 inches which was the generic designation. Once I measured it properly and put In the actual 2 inch vertical the app worked perfect. Try that.
