Rifle Scopes Help with Meopta Optika6 .308 RD SFF Reticle

Now I am totally new at this Precision game and just purchased a Steyr Scout in .308 and picked up a Meopta Optika6 2.5-15x SFF scope with .308 RD reticle pictured below. So it shows what each hash mark is in MOA but what does each hash mark stand for? I assume I zero the center crosshair at 100 yards? I can't find this reticle in any of the Ballistic Apps.
