Help with selecting barrel & action

Want to 'build' a 308 Win Rem 700 bolt action. Pretty sure I'm going with the MDT ESS chassis. But who makes a good pre-tuned action/barrrel combo for $1500 or under? I'd like 1/2 moa capable or better quality. It'll be used mainly for paper punching (probably 99% under 300yds), coyotes, and hogs so I was thinking of a 22-24" barrel; will be putting a SiCo Omega on it..

Please don't recommend 6.5 CM or other.. I already have tons of bullets/powders/reloading stuff for 308 win and don't want to start over, 308 is fine for my ranges.

Why not do a tikka tac A1 for about the price of youre barreled action budget?

at this stage in the game i can't see why anyone would go with a real rem 700 action and spend the money to get it blueprinted and trued. you could get a custom action for the same price and be ahead of the game with way more features
