I have a PWS lower that I put a geissele SD-E flat bow trigger in. It works great for other uppers, and usually works great for my MK111 Mod-2 7.62x39 upper. The problem is the steel case ammo does have hard primers, and occasionally I'll get a light primer strike malfunction. I was wondering if I were to build another dedicated lower for the x39 upper, what (good trigger) trigger would you recommend for these harder primers to get 100% ignition?
(context: I also called geissele with this question, and they said pretty much that they test their triggers on standard 5.56 and .308 type calibers. The 7.62x39 hadn't been tested and they couldn't give me concrete information on this setup. I asked if the SD-C would do a better job with increased trigger pull weights, but they said across all the board the trigger springs are full power trigger springs and they're all pretty much the same. I still wonder if the SD-C would do a better job, and I understand without official testing they can't really guarantee a product to work outside it's expected use.)
