I took a break from SH for a little bit while I was remodeling my house. During that time SH went through an update and added Hide TV and I got locked out of my account and just got it back Monday.

I assume all this and the “banned” badge came from the update and not converting my account to one of the new subscriptions.

I assure you all, I have no reason to be banned.
