HK 416-C

I just acquired a genuine HK 416-C kit and I was wondering if anyone knows do they work on a 10.4 HK 416 barrel or does it have to be the 9.5, this will be the deciding factor if I sell it or not, also What gas block would I need, any info would help. Thanks

I'd sell it. The 416C was not up to HK's liking for reliability. HKParts (I'm assuming this is the kit you're referring to) is an absolute shit show. HKPro is full of threads of guys trying to get kits to work right.

Ditch it; pick up a used 10.4 upper and enjoy it if you simply must get your 416 on.

My kit is a legit HK not hkparts.net the same as the ones on hurricane butterfly but mines older and from real 416-C I kinda won’t to build it out but that’s going to take some serious dough to do it right

What is in your "kit"? Bolt/buffer/stock assembly?

I only know of one guy that did one up with the "C" internals and a factory 10.4 barrel. No clue if it works.
